tbf’s mission in empowering people to lead a prosperous and comfortable life is executed through our business incubation center called Samridha. As the meaning of the name suggests, the objective of this venture is to guide people into prosperity. Sustenance of our life is important for us to work towards any purpose on this planet, for which one needs to earn a livelihood that pays for his comfortable life. We support our community through our programs catering to aspiring business owners as well as job seekers.

Samridha is focussed on the following service areas:

Business incubation program : Aspiring entrepreneurs need assistance in the form of mentorship, guidance, advice on various aspects of business operations and most importantly access to capital, in order to start up as well as run their business successfully. Placement center : For those who are seeking a job, we assist them find a suitable job within the businesses incorporated by our community members in our incubation center as well as businesses associated with us.
